Who is responsible for your data
Her Brand Era is created and operated by Salomé Ramírez. If you have any questions about your personal information or this Privacy Policy, you can contact me at salomeramirezmontess@gmail.com.
What I collect
When you join the Her Brand Era waitlist, I collect your name, email address and country, along with information related to your sign-up and consent (the date you joined, the date you accepted this policy and which version of it you accepted).
Like any website, the services that deliver this page also receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type.
How I use your information
To manage the waitlist and to send you updates about the Her Brand Era program: when it opens, early access and founding-member offers. I use your country to understand where the community is and to plan things like time zones. I never sell or rent your information, and I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Your consent
I only use your information because you gave your consent by ticking the box when you joined. You can withdraw it at any time, and that doesn't affect anything done before.
How your data is stored
Your sign-up is stored in Cloud Firestore, a Google Firebase database, in Google Cloud's Doha (Qatar) region. The website can only add a new sign-up: it can't read, change or delete the list. Only I and the team that maintains the website can see it.
Because the data is stored in Qatar and Google runs its services worldwide, your information may be processed outside the country where you live.
Who else can access it
- Google (Firebase Hosting, Cloud Firestore and Google Fonts): hosts this website, stores the waitlist and delivers the fonts you see on the page.
- Awesome Agency: the studio that built and maintains this website. The waitlist is kept in its Firebase account, and it only accesses it to keep the website running.
I don't use an email marketing service yet. When I choose one to send updates, I'll add it here.
How long I keep it
Until Her Brand Era launches and for up to 12 months after, or until you ask me to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask me to see, correct or delete your information, to withdraw your consent, or to stop emailing you. Just write to the address above. Every update email will also include a link to unsubscribe. I will respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable data protection law.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. The only thing stored in your browser is a small technical record created by Google Firebase's software so it can work (it contains dates, not personal information).
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change too. If it's an important change, I'll let you know by email.
